Buy lobhan, googal/guggal, hing... Grind lobhan and guggal into powder and mix it with hing powder. Also buy Raaz lobhan. Break the Raaz lobhan into two halves at night and put one half on a stove or light it with a match. When the Raaz lobhan is hot, put a ¼ teaspoon of the mixture on the Raaz lobhan and smoke the house. This should stop these things from causing discomfort in the short term.

Chant/play the Hanuman Chalisa daily. Play the Hanuman Chalisa in the morning after taking bath. It dispels all bad/negative vibrations in the yard/house. When you drive in the morning, play the Chalisa of Shree Hanumanji and pray to Shree Hanumanji.

In a water pot, add water, some coarse salt, a pinch of cow dung, a drop of cow urine, a few drops of sheep dip, a pinch of turmeric (hurdi) and a few drops of Ganga jal. Mix everything well and then spray your garden.
